About Regal Security

Regal Security Inc. is a licensed Ontario security agency (licence #118836) headquartered at 2540 Matheson Blvd. E., Mississauga, and its BC company, Regal Security (B.C.) Inc., is licensed in BC. With offices in Mississauga, Welland and Langley, we protect residential condominiums, commercial offices, retail centres, healthcare facilities, construction projects and industrial sites.

Regal is run by security professionals who understand the details that make a site safe: post orders that match how a building runs, supervision that doesn't wait for a complaint, and reporting clients can actually see. Good security also protects the value of a property, because safe, well-run buildings are the ones owners, tenants and buyers want.

Everyday Superheroes™ is what we call Regal's security guards: genuine people, trained to handle the demands of security work with poise and compassion. They're friendly, firm, well trained and proud of the work, and they go above and beyond to uphold Regal's standards.

How we choose them. Every guard holds a valid provincial security guard licence. In Ontario, that means meeting the Private Security and Investigative Services Act requirements, including a clean criminal record and the required training and testing. We add our own selection on top.

How we train them. Training and Development is one of the seven core elements of Regal's Crown Service Model of Excellence. New guards complete an orientation on workplace violence, WHMIS, incident reporting, the Trespass to Property Act and customer service, followed by 16 hours of supervised field training. Ongoing courses include first aid, fire safety, use of force, verbal judo and supervisor training.

How we support them. Mobile supervisors visit sites and a customer service team is available 24/7.
