Why Work at Regal Security
Regal Security Inc. is a security agency licensed in Ontario, and licensed in BC for security guard services, that hires, trains and supports security guards for residential, commercial, healthcare, retail and other sites.
Three things are central to how we run the company: safety, careful recruitment and guard satisfaction. We look for people who bring professionalism, care and commitment to every post, and we train them thoroughly and keep supporting them once they're on site.
- Your safety comes first. Training covers workplace violence, de-escalation, first aid and use of force, and supervisors carry out scheduled and unscheduled site inspections.
- We recruit carefully. We match people to sites where they can do well, and our two-phase orientation lets you and us both make sure the fit is right.
- We care whether you're satisfied. Guards are supported by mobile supervisors and a customer service management team. Integrity Hotline™ gives staff a confidential way to raise concerns and recognize colleagues' contributions.
- Inclusive by design. Regal Security® is certified in We Create Space LGBTQ+ Inclusion training.
What It Means to Be an Everyday Superhero™
An Everyday Superhero™ is how Regal describes its guards: genuine people, trained to meet every security requirement with confidence, professionalism and compassion.
Some days that means courteously answering a resident's question. Other days it means calmly preventing an altercation before it starts. Our guiding principle, Strength and Honor™, sets the standard: friendly, firm, well-trained and proud of the work.

Requirements and fees can change. Always confirm with the province.
Steps in Ontario: 1) complete basic training and get your training completion number; 2) pass the provincial test; 3) apply online or by mail with your test completion number, record check, photo and two government IDs.
