A Front Desk That Protects and Welcomes
Concierge security is the building's first point of contact. The concierge guard stays at the desk, controls who comes in, and keeps a written record of visitors, deliveries and anything unusual.
In Ontario, Regal Security Inc. holds security agency licence #118836, and anyone working as a security guard must hold a valid individual licence. In British Columbia, Regal is licensed too, under licence B6319.
What a Concierge Security Guard Does

Is concierge security only for condos?
No. Condos are the most common sites. The same front-desk role is used in office buildings, hotels, mixed-use developments and commercial lobbies.
Are concierge security guards licensed?
In Ontario, yes. Regal Security Inc. holds agency licence #118836, and guards must hold a valid individual licence under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act. In British Columbia, Regal is licensed under licence B6319.
Can the desk be covered overnight or around the clock?
Yes. Coverage can be daytime, overnight, weekends or 24/7, based on the site assessment and the hours the building needs.
How are packages and visitors handled?
The concierge guard logs deliveries and visitors and releases them according to the building's rules. Problems are passed to property management and written into the shift record.
Where can I see what happened on a shift?
Shift activity is recorded in Kovrra, the security ERP Regal uses. Your client portal shows live guard GPS locations, clock-ins, incidents and handover notes for that property.
